Post 9: Financial Independence

Hello everybody I am happy because the weekend is near. Today I am going to talk about the financial independence. I think the money is an important issue for everyone, because it is necessary to do a lot of things. 

In my case I think the money is important, because my parents work hard to maintain the house and the needs of the family. I do not work, I study only. This career is so expensive, fortunately I obtained a scholarship that allow me study it, because this scholarship covers most of the cost of university education.

I do not work, so my parents give me money to lunch and pay the transport every day, and a few of money to my personal using. I try to save money, I do not spend money in unnecessary things, because I use this money when I really need to buy something.  

In the university, months ago I had lunch in the casino of the Faculty of Odontology, but nowadays I have lunched in other side in the university, this place is called Ricoffee, I have saved some money and the food and attention in this place is really better than the place where I had lunch before. I try to reduce the economic costs in my house, I try to reduce the electric expenses and I do some things by myself to save some money too.

When I have a job and have my own money I would like buy the necessary things and I will try to save money too. 

In Chile I think the wealth distribution is not good, because the difference between the minimal salary and the salary of the well-off is very great, I think the government could raise the minimum wage and do reforms to the public health and education to help the people that not have the resources economics to pay for them.

Post 8: 2014

Good afternoon friends, I would like say to start my post that this week was  difficult to me, because I have studied many hours for a test that I gave today, I hope have good results. 

Well today I am going to talk about the things have happened to me in this year. First I can say this year have been one of the best years in my life, because I have known a lot of new people in the university. I have new friends and when we are in the university had fun, I like so much stay with them.

I think in this year I have changed very much, because I had more responsibilities and I think I am more independent that when I was in school. 

This year have had bad points to me too, for example in some week I was stressed for things in the university and for problem in mi house. Goodness these bad points have been few times. 

In so far this year I have had good results in the university, but it is not easy. In this year I have endeavored to pass the subjects, there were days I did not lunch because I was studying or another occasion I slept late studying for a test.

I think it has so far been a good year for me,  I have met the goals I have set in my life, so I am happy about that. But the year is not over and I hope to do it the best way possible to meet the goals I have proposed. Well that is all I have to say, good bye.

Post 7: HOW GREEN ARE YOU?

Good afternoon friends, today I am going to talk about environment care in Santiago. 

To start my post I can say that this topic is very important and interesting, but apparently in our city is not it, because most people have behaviors that suggest not worry about protecting the environment, like littering and polluting anywhere.

 The people can see in TV or newspaper articles about the environment care, so they have information about this topic. But apparently the people do not want to protect the environment.

 In my case I try to protect it, I always put my garbage in the trash, for example in the university there are 4 or 5 trashes to separate and recycle the garbage. In my house I try to use the necessary electricity and water, because the idea is not wasting these resources, because there is a complicated process to obtain them. Other way I protect the environment is when I have to go someplace near of my house I go walking or I use my bicycle, on the other hand for example one of my neighbors use his motorcycle up to go to  the store more nearby in the neighborhood. I think It isn´t necessary.

I haven´t joined an eco-organization, I don´t know why, but I think It isn´t necessary to protect the environment because if I want do it I can do it.

Post 6: New technologies have changed social relationships

Good afternoon, today in this post I am going to talk about how the new technologies have changed social relationships in a negative way.

Well to start this post I can say the new technologies have been so helpful to the people, because we can do a lot of things with them, like search information, send emails, view series and movies, listen music, use social networks or other things.  

I would like talk about the social networks, because it has been a revolution to the communication of the people and nowdays most of the people use it.  Thanks to social networks we can communicate with other person with messages, audios, photos or videos, we only need have internet connection to use it. 

Time ago when the social networks didn`t exist the people didn`t have the amenities that they have today. For example the people to communicate with other person had to speak personally, write a letter or call to this person.  I think this was a slow way to communicate with other people in especially send a letter, but I think it was a relation with others much closer.

I use social networks I can speak to mi friends anytime. But sometimes I think I spend my time using it, I think it happen to the others too.  The social networks have good and bad things, so we have to use it in the best way possible.  Well to finish my post I would like say that we have to use the technologies in our advantage. Post 5: My dream job

Hello everybody, today I am going to talk about my dream job.  I would like have a private dental consultation in Santiago or other city. But first I have to work many years before I can have it. I would like be a good professional in my job so I think I have to study and learn many things to achieve my dream.

The first place I would like to work is in public health service, because I would like teach to the people how have a good health and then if is necessary rehabilitate and help them with their oral diseases.  I think working in public health service is a great way to help people with low economics resources and I think the other important thing to working there is that I would learn many things and develop skills in my professional practice.

I do not know what major I will study in the future, because I do not know in depth what is each specialty in dentistry, so I think in the future when I will have the subjects in the clinic stage of the career I could choose a specialty that I think I can play in the best way and meeting my goals as a professional.  In this moment I like the orthodontic specialty, but in the future I could change my opinion. 

I would like travel to other places in the country or the world in the future either to work or study some about dentistry.  Well this is my dream job and I hope to make it come true. Good bye.
